Warranty Claims


In the unlikely event that your product fails within the warranty period, IMIRROR will ensure warranty support worldwide.

Return Policy:

Customers can request a return within 30 days of purchasing the IMIRROR product, as long as the product is unused and undamaged. We will refund the purchase price of the product.

Warranty Period: All IMIRROR product has a 12-month warranty period, which starts from the date of purchase. During this period, we will repair or replace any faults caused by manufacturing defects free of charge.

Warranty Coverage: The warranty only applies to faults caused by manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover any faults caused by accidental damage, misuse, abuse, or failure to follow the instructions for use.

Repair Service: During the warranty period, customers can contact our customer service department to arrange for repairs or replacements. We will endeavor to arrange for this within 3 working days.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for any shipping costs incurred due to returns or repair services.

Liability Limitation: We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the bug zapper, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or business interruption.

The above after-sales terms are for reference only. The specific terms should be based on company policies and local laws and regulations.

The following conditions do not enjoy free services

  1. Damage or destruction causing malfunction: Devices that have been subjected to collision, immersion in water, damaged circuits, and other damage or destruction causing malfunction will not be free repaired.
  2. Malfunction caused by abnormal use or maintenance: Devices that have been repaired or dismantled unofficially or subjected to abnormal use or maintenance will not be free repaired.
  3. No warranty card and proof of purchase of this product were presented.
  4. Illegal use or intentional damage to device: Customers who violate company rules or laws and regulations, such as intentionally damaging devices or using illegal devices, will not be provided with repair services.

The above provisions are all situations where free repair services will not be provided. If customers require paid repair services, the fee standards shall be negotiated separately based on specific circumstances.
